New Program Alert! Introducing, Parks & Reps

In celebration of the first day of Fall last week and the cooler weather that’s soon approaching, I think it’s a great time to take your fitness game OUTDOORS.

This is why I’m stoked to announce a special program I’ll be running for the next couple of weeks called Parks and Reps!

Local parks have a lot to offer us when it comes to fitness. Whether it’s space, outdoor equipment, hike/bike trails, or simply a change of scenery you’re after, taking your workout to the park is a great way to change up your routine. 

Fall also brings us some the best weather (even if it’s short-lived -- looking at you NYC)! That’s why through October 17th, I’m running a special program to get you outdoors AND supporting your local park in the process! 

Here’s how it works: 

From Oct 7th-Oct 17th, purchase a 4-week custom program, designed specifically for you to work out at your local park with whatever equipment they have available.

Upon purchase, 10% of the proceeds will be donated to a local parks organization of your choice! Simply write in which parks organization you’d like to donate to in the message field when purchasing your program. Not sure what organization you’d like to support? No worries! If no organization is mentioned, a donation will be made to the Austin Parks Foundation

Along with the custom 4-week program, you’ll also get a free assessment call with me, where we’ll go over your fitness history, goals, and the best park for you to work out at! 

Whether your goals are to build strength, muscle, lose body fat, or just get in shape, there are so many ways to accomplish this outdoors. Parks can have lawn areas where you could bring your own kettlebell/dumbbell (or just do bodyweight exercises!). Some parks have calisthenics equipment you can include in your workout, or my favorite, hills, trails, or stairs to get some solid conditioning work in!
