Today I’d like to shout out my client Laura! Laura and I have been training together for over a year now! We trained together in person for a little over a year and since my move to Austin, we’ve been training together online. Laura is a beast and I truly admire her dedication and determination towards her fitness goals. She’s come a long way and the best part is….she now loves and looks forward to her workouts! What we're some challenges you faced prior to our training together?
I didn't know the proper form or how to structure a workout and I had never lifted weights before.
Can you describe any reservations that you had before we started working together?
I was afraid I wouldn't be able to commit and that I would quit.
How I was able to help you with your reservations?
You kept me motivated to keep going mostly because I saw a lot of improvement in my strength and stamina. Being able to do push-ups, deadlifts, and bench press is a motivator because I want to keep doing them now! I also saw (and still see) changes in my body composition and loss of cellulite.
What were your 1-2 top goals when you started?

Gained strength and stamina
Overall general improvement in life and happiness from consistent workouts.
Gaining knowledge of proper form and using gym equipment and how to structure a workout
Walking up the stairs and lifting groceries got easier!
