At True Grit Strength, I don’t just sell workouts. The industry is flooded with trainers selling cheap workouts and programs on social media, usually at highly discounted rates. The problem with this is that these workouts aren’t customized and built specifically to address your body, your goals, and your needs, which simply means mediocre results.
True Grit Strength’s online coaching platform makes starting a fitness program easy, accessible, and more affordable than traditional in-person training, by taking all the confusing guesswork out of your hands so you’re free to focus on what’s most important. Doing the work and getting results.
I believe that great coaching is built on great relationships, which is why along with a custom-built program delivered directly to your mobile device, you’ll also get direct one-on-one coaching throughout the entire process, that focuses on helping you reach your goals, tackle obstacles, and improve technique, while also providing you with the knowledge and guidance you’ll need to sustain your amazing results.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
As a member of any online training program you'll have access to:
30 MIN INTRODUCTORY CONSULT
During our initial consult, we will discuss everything under the sun in terms of your health and fitness history, injuries or areas of pain and discomfort, health and fitness goals, followed by my recommendations for how to proceed with a program that fits your needs. This is your platform to share and it's my job to listen.
CUSTOM WORKOUT PLAN
Based on your information and needs a custom workout plan will be built with everything in mind. No templates or cookie-cutter workouts here. Every exercise and workout has a purpose–to get you one step closer to your goals. The workouts will be constantly updated to keep you working hard, pain-free.
WEEKLY COACHING CALLS
It's my job to set you up for success in your new program and monitor your progress, which is why we'll be setting up regular coaching video calls to answer any questions and provide accountability to keep you motivated and crushing your goals!
Along with regular coaching calls, you will also receive email support, as well as 1-1 chat messaging through my custom app. Email and chat support allows me to help you through any obstacle, any time. Stumped on a certain exercise? Shoot me a message through the app with a video and I can give helpful coaching cues on the go.
MOVEMENT SCREEN & FITNESS ASSESSMENT
It's my mission for you to safely build strength while establishing proper movement so that you can increase performance in your daily life and in the gym. This is why each program includes an initial movement screen and fitness assessment to establish focus areas of improvement so that you can safely build lasting results and a more resilient body.
WORKOUTS DELIVERED ON THE GO
Online coaching through my custom app makes following your workouts easy and stress-free. Each week your workouts will be delivered to the mobile app so that you have them on hand whenever you need it. The app is packed with features that allow you to view video demos, track progress, and message me with questions and coaching cues.
