A BIT ABOUT ME
Ryan Charles Stec, Owner & Head Coach
I believe that it's never too late to make a change. 5 years ago I decided that I was tired of letting pain and low energy levels rule my life. It was then that I started my lifelong fitness journey and committed to becoming the strongest and healthiest version of myself. But I wasn't done. One year ago I left a six-figure job in an industry that was weighing me down so that I could focus my life and career on helping others to change their lives through fitness. Now it's my purpose to help you achieve what you didn't think was possible, and I will show up for you every step of the way.
WHAT I STAND FOR
Our values make us who we are. At True Grit Strength, I strive to embody these values in every aspect of my programs, services, and client relationships. Through these values, you'll find new levels of health, happiness, and confidence in and out of the gym.
The courage to make a change
Change is hard. That’s why it’s my focus to make it a little easier. It takes courage to tackle the things we wish to change in our lives and to ask for support. I’m here to help show you that change is also exciting and can lead us to feel passionate again. Your biggest obstacle is you. Have the courage to take the first step and I’m here for you the rest of the way.
The determination to see it through
I don’t believe in quick fixes, magic pills, or big bogus claims. I believe that having the courage to fully commit to your goals leads to steady progress that creates a lasting, lifelong change. Determination allows us to tackle anything that stands in our way. With this level of commitment and the right plan in place, you can do anything.
Support and inspire others
It’s my mission to create a safe, judgment-free space to support others in overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals. I welcome people from all backgrounds, fitness levels, ages, and genders. Once you’ve begun your fitness journey, along with 1-1 coaching, you will be part of a community built around positivity and inclusivity where you're encouraged to share progress, challenges, and ask for help.
