Trying to navigate this world in constant pain or with fear of being injured is no way to live. I know from personal experience what it’s like to feel like pain is keeping you from your full potential. If pain is keeping you from adhering to a fitness program or leading you to avoid certain exercises, I’m here to prove that movement is the best medicine.
As a Pain-Free Performance Specialist, I work to identify improper movement patterns that occur due to mobility or stability issues, or areas of weakness. Over time these issues can compound and cause pain during certain exercises or eventually lead to injuries.
Working to improve these patterns and strengthen troublesome areas over time while also finding exercises you can tolerate without pain, will allow you start training today and set you on the path to becoming stronger, more resilient, and eventually pain-free.
